Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Vincent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Optimus Prime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prime has chosen Metalingus by Alter Bridge as his entrance music. Ron Vincent had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ron Vincent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Optimus Prime!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Lou da Vinci and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vincent moves into range and connects with a jab.
Vincent gets tackled into the cage by Prime. Prime maintains the clinch.
Prime creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Prime can't find room to land a body shot as Vincent controls the action.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Prime is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Vincent can't fight it off and eventually Prime manages to take the fight to the floor. Vincent looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Prime throws a big right hand that misses.
Prime works over Vincent with some ground and pound from guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Prime wants to control from the top but Vincent keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vincent is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Vincent wants to control the position but Prime says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Vincent is not content to let Prime control the position.
Prime slips a nice elbow through Vincent's hands, connecting with Vincent's forehead.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Prime is nestled in close to Vincent, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Vincent tries to get to full guard but Prime has control of the leg.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Prime connects with a nice short shot to Vincent's temple.
Still in half guard, Prime seems content to control.
Vincent blocking the ground and pound attempt from Prime.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Prime thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Prime is taking a breather. Vincent says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Prime wants to pass the guard but Vincent is defending well.
Optimus Prime has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Prime takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Prime scores with a punch to the head.
Vincent misses with an uppercut
and Prime decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Vincent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Vincent can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Prime controls the pace.
Prime throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Vincent looking to control.
Prime tries to free his leg and advance position but Vincent is retaining full guard.
Prime trying to control the position from guard on top but Vincent is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ron Vincent.
Prime takes a swing at Vincent's ribcage but misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Optimus Prime dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Vincent throws an off balance right hand
and Prime counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Vincent!
Prime lands a big shot to the head and Vincent winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Optimus Prime!
A relieved looking Optimus Prime thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
