Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Christian Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Malik Mixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mixon has chosen Every Knee Shall Bow as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mixon dives in and grabs Wilson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wilson pushes down on Mixon's head and hops out.

Wilson has his foot on Mixon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mixon works his way back into a safe position though.

Wilson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mixon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That was a close second round but I would say that Christian Wilson will probably get the nod.
