The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Basher fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Basher misses with a series of wild punches.
Salvadorio swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Basher counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Salvadorio throws a combination that misses
and Basher counters with a left to the body.
Basher stalks Salvadorio and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Salvadorio's face. Salvadorio staggers backwards, shaken.
Basher misses with an uppercut.

Basher throws a sloppy head kick and Salvadorio moves out of range easily.

Salvadorio throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

A punch lands to the side of Salvadorio 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Basher is looking to wear down Salvadorio with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

and Basher counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Laguni Salvadorio has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Basher takes a swing at Salvadorio's ribcage but misses.
Basher scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Basher connects with a single shot there.
Salvadorio throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Laguni Salvadorio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Basher throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Salvadorio stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Basher cracks Salvadorio with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Basher has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Salvadorio to stand back up!

Salvadorio is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Basher lands with a nice body punch.
Salvadorio is still on wobbly legs! Can Basher finish him?
Basher drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Salvadorio right on the button. Salvadorio goes down! Basher follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Basher gets the win via TKO!

James Basher spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
