Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Takahiro Tamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcelo Veterano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tamura comes to the cage accompanied by TaikOz. Veterano has chosen Turn The Lights Out as his entrance music. Takahiro Tamura has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamura slips a jab and a cross from Veterano.
Tamura misses the shot to the body.
Tamura moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Veterano misses with a combination
enabling Tamura to counter with a crisp jab.
No joy there for Veterano, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Tamura's jab looks to have found its range, popping Veterano under the eye.
Veterano throws a hook to the side of Tamura's head but Tamura sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Tamura uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Veterano throws a jab when Tamura was well out of range.
Tamura lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Tamura loads up on a big right hand but Veterano slips the punch.
Tamura throws a shot from downtown. Veterano moves away and avoids it.
Tamura connects with a single shot there.
Tamura closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Veterano! Tamura dives in looking to finish! Veterano is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
