Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sinjo Sakamaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin comes to the cage accompanied by Invincible By Adelitas Way. Sinjo Sakamaki will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakamaki tries to clinch

and Martin counters with a shoot takedown. Sakamaki fights it but they end up in guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Martin connects with a nice short shot to Sakamaki's temple.

Martin is nestled in close to Sakamaki, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Martin is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Sakamaki is hurt! He's hurt bad - Martin fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Sakamaki from any more punishment! Congratulations to Martin! Great finish!
