Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Snow Crash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stand Bang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bang is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Mike Tyson clip from Hangover. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Snow Crash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stand Bang!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crash lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A punch combination from Bang misses.
Bang misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Crash has a takedown stuffed.
Bang throws a series of punches but Crash moves out of range.
Bang lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.


It looks like Snow Crash has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Crash misses with a head kick.

Bang forces Crash back against the cage and clinches.

Crash pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bang with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Crash to score with a decent uppercut.


Bang is rocked!
Bang tries to close the distance and clinch up but Crash swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Crash throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bang rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Crash moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Crash feints and as Bang raises his hands in defense, Crash changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Bang is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Crash is controlling him.
Bang trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bang working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Crash.
Crash might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Crash won't allow Bang to get back to his feet.
Crash landing with the ground and pound.
Bang tries to strike from the bottom.
Crash throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Bang throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Crash is looking to work some ground and pound but Bang has wrist control.
Crash makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Crash wants to control from the top but Bang keeps moving.
Crash slips nicely into half guard.
Crash missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bang misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Bang is looking to get back to is feet but Crash passes into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Crash trying to control the action but Bang is working from the bottom.
Bang is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Crash is controlling him well.
Bang has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Crash working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Bang throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Bang lands a nice hook to Crash's body. Crash takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Bang bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Crash's head.
Bang just misses with a punch to the body.
Crash swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Crash takes a swing at Bang's ribcage but misses.
Crash slips a jab and a cross from Bang.
Crash throws a big shot that misses.
Bang goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Crash comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A combination from Bang does no damage.
Crash scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Bang looks gassed!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sloppy strikes from Crash. Those never looked like landing.
Bang misses with a combination
and Crash counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Crash rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bang moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bang looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Crash throws a lazy right hand but Bang sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Crash misses with a left hand
and Bang counters with a nice uppercut.

Crash manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bang on his heels. He'll look to pass Bang's guard now, I'm sure.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Crash drops back looking for a leg! Bang is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bang manages to kick Crash off! Crash jumps back into Bang's guard.

Bang manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Crash throws a hook but Bang blocks it.
Crash stuffs the takedown.
Crash slips a jab and a cross from Bang.
Bang fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Crash misses the shot to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bang is trying hard to land a takedown here. Crash sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Snow Crash has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stand Bang.

Crash drops Bang with a nice combination! Crash dives into Bang's guard, looking to finish!
Bang is still in real trouble! Can Crash finish him?
Crash postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Bang covers up, he's hurt! Crash keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Crash and the ref steps in to end the fight! Crash can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Snow Crash!
Snow Crash decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
