Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dassem Ultor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Batsuuri Batnasan!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ultor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ultor takes a swing at Batnasan's ribcage but misses.
Batnasan feints and then cracks Ultor's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ultor down.
Batnasan blocks a leg kick.
Ultor throws a leg kick but Batnasan sees it coming and moves out of range.
Ultor chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Batnasan can pounce on him.
A lazy body kick from Ultor
and Batnasan counters with a nice kick to the body.
Ultor is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ultor steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Batnasan. That one must have hurt.
Batnasan moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
That kick from Batnasan tenderised Ultor's leg. Ultor is trying to keep his angry face on.
Ultor takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Batnasan dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ultor. That did some damage!
Batnasan lands a big head kick that sends Ultor tumbling to the mat! Batnasan takes a step backwards and waves Ultor back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Batnasan throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Batnasan scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Batnasan lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
An inside leg kick lands from Batnasan.
Batnasan chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Batnasan throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Batnasan circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Ultor drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Batnasan follows Ultor to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Batsuuri Batnasan!
