Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pac Shakur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Do Me (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shakur's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tru - Where you From. Me comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Do Re Me kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Pac Shakur has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shakur tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Me was well out of range. Poor timing from Shakur.

Me shoots in and gets a takedown into Shakur's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Shakur is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Me is controlling him.
Shakur wants to sweep here but Me controlling him for the moment.
Shakur wants to stand but Me is controlling the position.
Shakur wants to sweep but no luck.

Me gets cracked there but stands up to it.

It looks like Do Me has been cut.
Me thows a body shot but no joy.

Shakur ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Me moves away.

Me fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Shakur to the ground. Me is now in Shakur's guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shakur is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Me is controlling him.

Me stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Shakur swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Pac Shakur.
Shakur throws a jab but it's blocked by Me.
Shakur is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Me.

Me bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Shakur knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Me on the ground.
Shakur tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Me wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Shakur is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Me asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Me is looking to take a break and control but Shakur is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Shakur is looking to regain half guard here but Me keeps moving and retains side control.
Me has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Me closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Shakur to the mat! Shakur manages to get full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Me accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Shakur tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Me paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Shakur swings for the body but Me moves out of range.
A slow jab from Shakur misses its intended target.
Me throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Shakur on the side of the head.
Shakur misses with a few strikes there.
Pac Shakur is winning the standup battle so far.
Me lands a body shot.
Me looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shakur is fending him off so far but Me persists. Nope, Shakur circles away and we're back to standing.

Me uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shakur.

Shakur looks to throw the jab but Me is out of range.
Shakur ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Me moves away.

Me gets tackled into the cage by Shakur. Shakur maintains the clinch.
Nice body punch from Shakur - that landed with a thud.
Shakur is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Me's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Me has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Shakur is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Me is breathing heavily.

Me breaks from the clinch.
Shakur lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Shakur.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
