Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vegeta throws a head kick that misses.
A jab from Nunez does it's job there.
Nunez dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Vegeta looks to clinch
and Nunez counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Vegeta moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

and Nunez counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

and Nunez cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Killa Vegeta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Nunez counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nunez fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Vegeta wants to clinch but Nunez slips to the side
and Nunez counters with a stiff right hand.
Vegeta shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nunez as he avoids it easily.
Vegeta takes one to the chin there.
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Nunez counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Nunez circles away from the clinch attempt

Nunez is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Vegeta on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Nunez, as that shot connected.
Nunez uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Nunez lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Nunez thuds a left hand into Vegeta's body.

A lazy left from Nunez finds it's target.

Nunez lands with a good body shot.
Nunez is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Nunez connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nunez lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Vegeta moves to clinch but Nunez breaks away
and Nunez makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Vegeta is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Nunez.
Nunez lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Vegeta is rocked!
A jab from Nunez finds it's way through Vegeta's defenses.
Vegeta is still on wobbly legs! Can Nunez finish him?
Vegeta gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Vegeta tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Nunez is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Vegeta buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Vegeta!! Vegeta is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Nunez throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
