Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carlton Banks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saku Thirtynine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banks's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, It's Not Unusual. Thirtynine comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Speed 2 Remix by Tetsuya Komura kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banks gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Banks keeping moving, preventing Thirtynine from controlling successfully.
Thirtynine trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Thirtynine trying to control the position from guard on top but Banks is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Thirtynine trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Thirtynine throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Banks works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Thirtynine tries to free his leg and advance position but Banks is retaining full guard.
Thirtynine is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Thirtynine has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Thirtynine trying to control the position from guard on top but Banks is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Saku Thirtynine was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Thirtynine avoids a kick to the body.
Thirtynine fails to land with a series of punches.
Thirtynine works over Banks's head and body with a nice combination.
Thirtynine shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Banks pinned against the ropes. Banks gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A slapping leg kick lands for Banks.
Thirtynine takes a kick to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Banks looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Banks thumps Thirtynine with a low kick.
Thirtynine closes the distance and clinches up with Banks, looking for a takedown. Thirtynine pushes Banks against the ropes but Banks circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Thirtynine takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Thirtynine blocks a head kick by Banks.
Thirtynine feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Thirtynine looks gassed!
Thirtynine stands and throws Banks's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Banks trying his best to control but Thirtynine has mounted him.
Thirtynine is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Thirtynine!
