The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Vanagandr looks to score with a jab to the body but Santos is just out of range.
Santos walks into a jab.
Vanagandr misses with a body shot.
Vanagandr thows a left - swing and a miss!
Vanagandr ducks under a wild hook from Santos.
Vanagandr throws a hook but Santos blocks it.
Santos slips a straight right by Vanagandr.
Vanagandr throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Vanagandr throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Santos darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
It looks like Eorl Vanagandr has been cut.
Vanagandr swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Vanagandr ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Vanagandr ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Vanagandr swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Vanagandr scores with a hook to the body. Santos takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Santos doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

The fighters circle momentarily. Vanagandr darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Vanagandr connects with a nice looking jab.
Vanagandr dips to his left and cracks Santos with an uppercut!
Vanagandr cracks Santos with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Santos tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Vanagandr pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Santos is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eorl Vanagandr!
