The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ukupnik manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Ukupnik shoots in and bounces Lee off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Ukupnik controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Ukupnik tries to free his leg and advance position but Lee is retaining full guard.
Lee is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Ukupnik dives into side control.
Ukupnik is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Lee prevents Ukupnik from moving into mount.

Ukupnik thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Lee is refusing to be controlled, as Ukupnik sits in half guard.

Ukupnik is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Ukupnik wants to pass the guard but Lee is defending well.
Ukupnik is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Ukupnik moves into full mount! Lee won't be happy about that!
Lee is desperately trying to improve his position but Ukupnik has a good base and remains in mount.
