Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Metarmos Orion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Tiongson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiongson tries to clinch but Orion moves away

Orion seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Metarmos Orion just wasn't active enough.

Tiongson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tiongson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Orion closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Orion wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tiongson keeps working.
Tiongson wants to control but Orion postures up.
Orion cracks Tiongson with a big right hand but Tiongson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Tiongson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Orion. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
