Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Phineus Gage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johannes Liechtenauer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gage comes to the ring accompanied by Guns N Roses - Welcome to the Jungle. Johannes Liechtenauer will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Liechtenauer.
Gage lands with a straight right. Liechtenauer didn't see that one coming.
Gage thows a body shot but no joy.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Liechtenauer checks a leg kick.
Liechtenauer avoids a punch combination nicely.
Liechtenauer tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Gage manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Gage takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Liechtenauer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Johannes Liechtenauer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gage takes one on the button.
Gage throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Liechtenauer.
Liechtenauer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Liechtenauer tries a head kick but it misses.
Liechtenauer tries to clinch but Gage moves out of range.
Liechtenauer misses with a head kick.
Gage misses with a double jab.
Gage cracks Liechtenauer with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Liechtenauer takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Gage digs a good hook to Liechtenauer's body.
Gage lands a jab-cross combination.
Liechtenauer pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gage scores with a hook to the body. Liechtenauer takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
A right-left combo lands from Gage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gage throws a nice looking combination but Liechtenauer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Liechtenauer takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Gage tries to land a front kick but Liechtenauer steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Gage fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gage jabs at Liechtenauer's body.
Gage fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Liechtenauer slips a jab and a cross from Gage.
Gage throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Gage lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Gage throws a right hand that Liechtenauer ducks under and follows up with a left that Liechtenauer also avoids with ease.

Gage blocks a head kick by Liechtenauer.
Gage throws a series of punches but Liechtenauer moves out of range.
Gage lands with a nice body punch.
Gage lands with a shot to the body.
Gage lands with a nice combination. Liechtenauer backs away looking to recover.
Liechtenauer takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Gage!

Liechtenauer is rocked!
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Gage moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Liechtenauer! Gage continues to tee off on Liechtenauer, landing with a left and a right! Gage connects with a right hand that leaves Liechtenauer sleeping against the ropes! What a finish by Gage!

Phineus Gage tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
