Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Spede Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tosi Retale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tosi Retale will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Gonzales had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Retale is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gonzales Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Retale's back instead.

Gonzales is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Retale knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Retale for a finish.

Gonzales has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Retale has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
