Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack The Ripper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Fogerty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jack The Ripper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Darren Fogerty!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fogerty ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Fogerty closes the distance and clinches up with The Ripper, looking for a takedown. Fogerty pushes The Ripper against the cage but The Ripper circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Fogerty connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Fogerty throws out a loose jab but The Ripper uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fogerty lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Fogerty throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent The Ripper stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Well Fogerty has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
