The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dingo misses the shot to the body.
Laurentian lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Laurentian cracks Dingo with an open hand slap.

It looks like Matt Dingo has been cut.
Dingo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Laurentian was well out of range. Poor timing from Dingo.
Dingo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Laurentian manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Laurentian ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dingo moves away.

Matt Dingo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooh!!! Laurentian has knocked Dingo down with a huge combo! Laurentian steps away and waves a wobbly Dingo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Dingo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Laurentian looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Dingo is trying to get an arm triangle but Laurentian is defending well.
The strikes coming from Dingo are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Dingo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Laurentian keeps working.
Laurentian manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dingo's best efforts.

Dingo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Laurentian does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Dingo is trying to control the action in half guard but Laurentian is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Dingo has gone for a leg lock! Laurentian slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dingo's guard.

Laurentian stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dingo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dingo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Laurentian takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Laurentian will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Laurentian drops Dingo with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dingo looks back up at him and smiles so Laurentian waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Dingo is aggressively charging in as Laurentian backs up avoiding any damage. Laurentian tosses out a jab and Dingo runs right into it face first! Dingo is out cold! Laurentian dropped down on all fours and is barking in Dingo's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
