The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Pokaku - just one landing.
Nice defenses there by Bobberson.
Akekae Pokaku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bobberson looks to land a right hand but Pokaku moved out of range.
Pokaku ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bobberson moves away.
Bobberson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Pokaku lands with a thumping leg kick.
Bobberson throws a hook but Pokaku blocks it.
Bobberson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Pokaku throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Pokaku takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Bobberson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pokaku is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bobberson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Bobberson is looking to chop away at Pokaku's legs.
Bobberson takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Pokaku closes the distance and clinches.
Bobberson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Pokaku lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Pokaku lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bobberson backwards.
