Moguinhas comes to the cage accompanied by John Frusciante - Maybe . Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Litwin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Moguinhas tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Litwin looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Litwin is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Moguinhas is just riding it out for now. Litwin eventually gives up the hold.
Moguinhas keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.

Litwin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Moguinhas counters with a nice double leg into side control. Litwin won't be happy with that.

Litwin tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Moguinhas wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Litwin can do anything to dispel that myth.

Moguinhas tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Moguinhas has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Moguinhas wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Litwin, who protects the arm well.

Robert Litwin's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Robert Litwin's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
