Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Doug McSwain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yumbo Yack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McSwain's entrance music is Jack Thammarat - My Headache Song. A fine choice. Yack has chosen The Ultimate Cheeseburger Song (Jack In The Box FULL song) as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McSwain connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Yack's hands.
McSwain misses with a left hand

and Yack counters by moving into the clinch.
McSwain lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
McSwain tries for a takedown. No joy.
McSwain wants to get back to striking at distance but Yack won't allow it.

Yack turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Yack manages to end up in side control.

Yack looks up at the clock and then as McSwain takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Yack smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

McSwain tries to lock up and control but Yack gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Yack fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Yack postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. McSwain looks a forlorn figure.

Yack swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and McSwain is now in Yack's guard. A big mistake from Yack there, giving up the dominant position!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
