And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Derek Scarlatti!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Skip Squint and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scarlatti gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Scarlatti throws a push kick but Bautista slaps the foot to one side.
Scarlatti misses with a body punch
and Bautista counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Scarlatti lands a leg kick that knocks Bautista off balance momentarily.
Scarlatti throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bautista.
Scarlatti throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Scarlatti tries to bum rush Bautista with a series of wild strikes but Bautista uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Scarlatti closes the distance and clinches.
Scarlatti is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bautista gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
