The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shrew blocks a head kick by Hobbs.
Shrew wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Shrew misses with a straight right.
Shrew moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Luke Hobbs has been cut.
Hobbs drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Shrew misses with a straight left.
Shrew comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hobbs on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Hobbs keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Hobbs is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Shrew.

Hobbs avoids the body shot from Shrew.
Shrew throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Shrew throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Hobbs crashing down! Hobbs tries to stagger back to his feet but Shrew just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Hobbs asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
