The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ratko darts in and clinches Schilling up against the cage.
Schilling prevents a takedown attempt there.
Ratko tries to score a body lock takedown but Schilling shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Ratko will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Schilling up against the cage.
Ratko is working for takedown but Schilling is calmly controlling the position for now.

Ratko is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Schilling pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Ratko has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Schilling after a bit of a struggle.
Schilling gets underhooks to prevent Ratko's takedown attempt.
Ratko has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Schilling is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Ratko is breathing heavily.
Schilling wants to get back to striking at distance but Ratko won't allow it.

Schilling lands a big shot that drops Ratko! Can he finish him?

It looks like Victor Ratko has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
