Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Criss Angel!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Hugh Johnson and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyashenko is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Angel's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lyashenko connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Angel scrambles back to his feet.
Lyashenko misses with a double jab.
Angel will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lyashenko.
Angel throws a hook but Lyashenko avoids it easily.

Lyashenko instigates a clinch.

Lyashenko wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Angel wants to stall.

Angel throws a punch but it's blocked by Lyashenko.
Angel trying to control the position but instead, Lyashenko has worked for underhooks and has pushed Angel into the cage.
Angel tries to circle away but Lyashenko has him pinned against the cage.

Angel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Criss Angel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lyashenko looks for a takedown but Angel sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vitaliy Lyashenko. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Angel lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lyashenko circles away quickly and effectively.
Lyashenko will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Criss Angel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Angel connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lyashenko's hands.

It looks like Vitaliy Lyashenko has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lyashenko misses the body punch

and Angel counters with a head kick that drops Lyashenko to the mat! Lyashenko scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Angel connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Lyashenko is breathing heavily.
Lyashenko on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Angel. Angel obviously looking to wear him down.
Angel throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lyashenko.
Lyashenko misses with a looping right.
A head kick by Angel - that's a beauty! Lyashenko is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Angel can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
