The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baduk tries to clinch up but Stalin circles away and keeps his distance.
Some bone on bone action there as Baduk checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Stalin circles away from the clinch attempt
enabling Stalin to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Sergei Baduk has been cut.
Baduk tries to close the distance and clinch but Stalin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Stalin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Baduk scores with a nice strike.
Stalin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Baduk.
Stalin throws a combination that misses
and Baduk cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Baduk is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Sergei Baduk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baduk avoids the body shot from Stalin.
Baduk lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Baduk.

Stalin missing with a left hand there. Baduk was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Stalin moves into range and connects with a jab.
Stalin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Stalin misses with a series of wild punches.
Baduk moves to clinch but Stalin breaks away
and Stalin counters with a crisp right that sends Baduk to the canvas! Stalin follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
