The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loin throws a series of strikes that have Surenov backpedaling.
Surenov looks to land a combination but Loin avoids it well.
A chopping leg kick lands by Loin.

and Loin counters with a nice kick to the body.

Sir Loin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tamik Surenov.
Loin's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Loin duly obliges.
Loin throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Tamik Surenov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Loin lands with a kick to the ribs.

Surenov wants to clinch up but Loin keeps it at a distance.
Loin stuffs the takedown attempt from Surenov. Surenov gets slowly back to his feet.
Surenov takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

and Loin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
No joy there for Loin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Loin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A solid leg kick lands there for Loin.
Surenov has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Loin.
Surenov throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Loin counters with a body kick that stops Surenov in his tracks momentarily.

The fighters circle momentarily. Loin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Loin throws a sloppy head kick and Surenov moves out of range easily.
Nice straight punches there by Loin. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Loin.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Surenov moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Loin lands with an uppercut that bounces Surenov off the ropes and back into range.
Surenov is rocked!
Loin moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Loin thuds a left hand into Surenov's body.
Sir Loin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Loin! Surenov is out on his feet! Loin rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Surenov is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Surenov is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
