Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zak Zinfandel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Armando Salazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salazar has chosen Runnin' With The Devil as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zak Zinfandel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Armando Salazar!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Salazar coming out on top.
Salazar takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Zinfandel takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Salazar connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Zinfandel's hands.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Salazar lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Salazar connects with a right hand. Zinfandel shakes it off.
Salazar throws a hook to the side of Zinfandel's head but Zinfandel sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Zinfandel drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Salazar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Zinfandel can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Salazar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zinfandel gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Salazar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zinfandel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Salazar shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Zinfandel manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Armando Salazar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Zinfandel is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Salazar rolls with it to try and escape but Zinfandel cranks on the arm and Salazar is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
