The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Nawasaki takes a jab right on the kisser.
Wand Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva jabs Nawasaki to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A punch lands to the side of Nawasaki 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Nawasaki showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Silva.
Silva lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nawasaki is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Silva.
Nawasaki is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nawasaki looks gassed!
Nawasaki takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Silva throws a right and a left that Nawasaki avoids nicely.
Silva lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Nawasaki is rocked!
Silva wobbles Nawasaki with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Silva dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Nawasaki to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
