Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ippo Makunochi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Eichstaedt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eichstaedt has chosen Klaxons- Gravity Rainbow as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eichstaedt swats away the attempt to clinch by Makunochi.
Eichstaedt takes a swing at Makunochi's ribcage but misses.
Eichstaedt displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Makunochi throws out the jab.
Eichstaedt with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Makunochi to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Robert Eichstaedt has been cut.
Eichstaedt misses with the combination.
Makunochi misses with a lunging right hand
and Eichstaedt counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Eichstaedt moves in looking to clinch but Makunochi pushes him off.
Makunochi misses the jab.
Makunochi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Eichstaedt keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Eichstaedt moves out of range of the strikes.
Nice defenses there by Eichstaedt.
Eichstaedt pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Makunochi back to the cage. Eichstaedt follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Makunochi misses with an uppercut
and Eichstaedt scores with a counter punch that sends Makunochi to the canvas! Eichstaedt smells blood - he's punishing Makunochi with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Makunochi has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
