Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Hairy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Hairy. Beautiful body shot.
Hairy throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Joe decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Joe wants to stand up but Hairy is controlling the position.
Hairy keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Hairy has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Joe is working away from the top position though.
Hairy is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Joe tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Hairy.

Hairy actively working from the bottom here.
Joe takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Hairy bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Joe's guard.
Joe looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hairy is one step ahead there.
Joe wants to stand up but Hairy is controlling him.
Joe looks gassed!
Hairy connects with a couple of short punches.

Joe looking for a sweep. Not yet Joe, not yet.
Hairy trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Hairy controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Hairy advances position into side control!
Hairy prevents Joe from escaping the position.

Hairy looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Hairy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Joe keeps working.

Hairy thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hairy has an Americana. Joe didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Hairy is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hairy hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

A relieved looking Barry Hairy thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
