PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kirill Stegnin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naruto Uzumaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Uzumaki's choice of entrance music: Naruto Theme. Naruto Uzumaki will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Joseph Jones and John Kavanagh.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzumaki scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Stegnin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Uzumaki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Uzumaki lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Stegnin is rocked!
Uzumaki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stegnin circles away quickly and effectively.
Oh Stegnin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Uzumaki has taken the fight to the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Uzumaki throws a head punch that misses.

Uzumaki scrambles and takes Stegnin's back. He's looking to land a suplex. Oh, he's managed it! Stegnin bangs his head on the mat and seems dazed! The ref takes a look and decides to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Slam). Naruto Uzumaki!
