Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Boru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimbo Juice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boru comes into the arena with rocky blaring out of the sound system. Juice has chosen The What as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juice is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Boru avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Juice moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Jimbo Juice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boru feints and as Juice raises his hands in defense, Boru changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Boru shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Juice as he avoids it easily.
Juice cracks Boru with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Juice closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boru has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Juice off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Jimbo Juice is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Juice tries to clinch but Boru is having none of it.

Juice doesn't manage to clinch there - Boru circles away.

and Boru counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Boru is breathing heavily.
Juice is wriggling around but Boru manages to pass to half guard.
Boru thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Boru could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Boru takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Boru is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Juice really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boru. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Boru is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Juice can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Juice really wants to buck Boru off and get back to his feet.

Boru is landing with some decent strikes but Juice is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
