Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toji Kawasaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Daniels has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Daniels!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Toji Kawasaka!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels throws a sloppy head kick and Kawasaka moves out of range easily.
Daniels really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kawasaka tries to close the distance and clinch up but Daniels swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Kawasaka takes the fight into the clinch.
Kawasaka pushes Daniels back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Daniels is trying to push Kawasaka away but Kawasaka has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Daniels trying to control the position but instead, Kawasaka has worked for underhooks and has pushed Daniels into the cage.

Kawasaka closes the distance and pushes Daniels back into the cage.
Kawasaka gets through Daniels's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Daniels has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

and Kawasaka counters with a good low kick that Daniels was not able to check.

Kawasaka has picked Daniels up - he's going for a ride! Kawasaka dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kawasaka in particular looking to stall.
Kawasaka wants to lay and pray for a moment but Daniels keeps working.

Daniels makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Daniels.

Daniels has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kawasaka can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Kawasaka throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Daniels tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kawasaka is in Daniels's guard.
Kawasaka slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Daniels looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Kawasaka puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kawasaka is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Toji Kawasaka comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kawasaka has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
