Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Cash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Merdarus Goone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cash comes into the arena with Hurt - Johnny Cash blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Merdarus Goone enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cash shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Goone is trying to defend but Cash finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Cash decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Goone, up you get!
Goone wants to clinch up but Cash keeps it at a distance.

Cash fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Goone, pushing him back against the cage.

Goone with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Cash wants the takedown. Goone is fighting it off but Cash persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Goone's guard against the cage.
Cash loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Goone wants to get back to his feet but Cash is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Cash stands up over Goone, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Cash throws a strike but Goone rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Goone pushes off an throws an elbow but Cash leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Cash has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Goone is trying to keep an underhook but Cash manages to get the takedown into half guard.
