Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sarge Dela (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Esau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dela's entrance music is BLUNT- The Iron Maiden. A fine choice. Sarge Dela has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jacob Esau!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esau misses the jab.
Esau waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Dela.
Dela ducks under a wild hook from Esau.
Dela uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Esau.
Dela looks to score with a jab to the body but Esau is just out of range.
Dela takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Esau loads up on a big right hand but Dela slips the punch.
Esau paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Dela looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Esau missing with a left hand there. Dela was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Esau throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dela counters with a nice low kick that buckles Esau's knee momentarily.
Esau swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Dela cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Esau throws a right and a left that Dela avoids nicely.

Dela changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Esau looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Esau is not content to let Dela control the position.

Dela thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Dela advances to mount.
Esau is looking to get to half guard.
Esau takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Dela thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Dela fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Esau is squirming around, avoiding Dela's attempts to control the action.
Esau wants to control but Dela is having none of it.
Dela throws some wild stikes that Esau manages to avoid easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dela cracks Esau with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Dela lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Esau is rocked!

Dela is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Esau has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Dela cracks Esau with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Esau is still in real trouble! Can Dela finish him?
Oooooh, big shot lands for Dela! Esau is hurt baaadly! Dela is firing away with more strikes - Esau is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
