The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cummimg tries to clinch up but Dumonte circles away and keeps his distance.
Nice takedown defense from Dumonte. No joy for Cummimg on that attempt.
Nice sprawl there from Dumonte as Cummimg shoots in.
Cummimg takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dumonte misses with the combination.
Cummimg is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Cummimg shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Paul Dumonte has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Merlin Cummimg.
Dumonte drops Cummimg with a left right combo! Dumonte follows him down to the ground into side control.

Cummimg is rocked!

It looks like Merlin Cummimg has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cummimg tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dumonte wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Check out the look on Dumonte's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Cummimg is still in real trouble! Can Dumonte finish him?

Dumonte lands a strong strike to the head of Cummimg. That's dazed him! Dumonte looking to finish here. Cummimg is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Dumonte lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
