Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zek Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yerma Wildo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wildo misses with a body shot.
Wildo fails in his attempt to clinch.

and Gomez counters with a shoot takedown. Wildo fights it but they end up in guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Gomez wants to control from the top but Wildo keeps moving.
Gomez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wildo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gomez looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wildo with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gomez wants to take a breather but Wildo is having none of it.

Wildo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gomez tries to avoid it but Wildo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gomez to the ground. Gomez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
