Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brett Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gray comes into the arena with Detones - Be Quiet And Drive Far Away blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Chris Hansen was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen misses with a hook

so Gray counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Gray throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Gray landing some decent shots from guard.
Hansen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gray. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hansen wants to stand but Gray is controlling the position.
Gray missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Gray stops Hansen from standing up.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gray accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Gray lands a couple of elbows.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hansen is looking to stand back up but Gray counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Hansen.
Gray lands strikes from half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Gray scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Gray is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hansen doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gray.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hansen wants to get back to his feet.
Gray seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hansen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Hansen looks like he's trying to stand up.
Gray wants to take a breather but Hansen is having none of it.
Gray working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Gray stops Hansen from getting back to his feet.
Gray passes the guard and advances to mount!
Hansen is trying to stand up.

Gray is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Hansen can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hansen is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Hansen looks gassed!
Gray lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
BOOM! Gray connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Gray looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Gray has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Hansen's face.

Hansen is rocked!

It looks like Chris Hansen has been cut.
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Gray! Hansen is out cold! This one is all over!
