Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Niko Bronson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bronson comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - Until it sleeps. David Silva has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bronson's waist but Bronson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side.
Bronson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Bronson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Niko Bronson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bronson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Silva's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Bronson slips nicely into half guard.

Silva has his foot on Bronson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bronson works his way back into a safe position though.

Silva is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bronson defends well.
Bronson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bronson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
