Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muhammad Shazlee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Muhammad Shazlee enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shazlee shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Black manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Shazlee wants to control from the top but Black keeps moving.

Black is trying to buck Shazlee off.

Shazlee is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Black is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Shazlee tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Shazlee has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shazlee might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Black kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Shazlee has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Black's face.
