PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nate Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Anderson Silva!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Diaz stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Silva.
Silva tries to clinch but Diaz is having none of it.

Diaz moves into range and clinches up with Silva.
Diaz drops down looking for an ankle pick but Silva pulls his leg out and moves away.
Diaz tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Silva shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Diaz napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Diaz manages to work his way to half guard, despite Silva's best efforts.
The fighters are battling for position here. Diaz manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Diaz looking for a guillotine here but Silva defends easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Diaz has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Silva should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Diaz has tightened it up now! Silva should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
