Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gsp Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perle De Lait (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Lait looks to throw the jab but Silva is out of range.
Silva closes the distance and clinches up with De Lait, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes De Lait against the cage but De Lait circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
De Lait moves in looking to clinch but Silva pushes him off.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Silva.
A jab from De Lait finds it's way through Silva's defenses.
De Lait fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nice sprawl there from De Lait as Silva shoots in.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as De Lait takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, De Lait creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Silva drops down looking for an ankle pick but De Lait pulls his leg out and moves away.

Silva shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as De Lait sprawls well. De Lait wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
Silva has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Silva there as he acknowledges the shot.

De Lait lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silva circles away quickly and effectively.

and De Lait counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

De Lait shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Silva eats them both and turns towards De Lait to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!

De Lait lands a slapping body shot.
De Lait throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Silva on the side of the head.
Donk. De Lait catches Silva right on the button with a cross.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

De Lait tries to clinch up but Silva circles away and keeps his distance.

Perle De Lait showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. De Lait tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag De Lait to the ground. De Lait escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
De Lait darts in and clinches Silva up against the cage.
De Lait lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Silva or not.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Silva. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

De Lait lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Silva to his knees! De Lait keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
