Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tony Jaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Huynh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jaa comes into the arena with Search and Destroy blaring out of the sound system. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tony Jaa!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Henry Huynh!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Huynh gets the takedown into side control.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Jaa can't do much from the bottom here.

Huynh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jaa swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A combination from Jaa does no damage.
Good standup being displayed there by Huynh as he connects with a hook.
Huynh pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jaa wants to clinch.
Huynh changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jaa tries to avoid it but Huynh manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jaa to the ground. Jaa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Huynh gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Jaa regains guard.

Huynh controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Jaa is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Huynh seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jaa does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

A relieved looking Henry Huynh thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
