The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norton throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Zagloba lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Norton has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Norton and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Zagloba blocks a jab.
Zagloba throws the left hand but Norton avoids the punch easily.
Norton slaps away a takedown attempt from Zagloba, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Zagloba has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Zagloba there as he acknowledges the shot.
Norton throws a combination. Zagloba tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Norton is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zagloba.

Zagloba throws a solid leg kick but Norton takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Zagloba.
Les Norton seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Zagloba misses with a takedown attempt - Norton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Onufry Zagloba. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Norton fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Zagloba sprawls well initially but Norton persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
