Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Eubanks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, When Will They Shoot. Eubanks comes into a darkened arena with his song building. All Summer Long - Kid Rock kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eubanks comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Smith stuffs the takedown attempt from Eubanks. Eubanks gets slowly back to his feet.
Eubanks misses with a double jab

and Smith counters by moving into the clinch.

Eubanks is trying to push Smith away but Smith has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Smith gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Smith wants to control from the top but Eubanks keeps moving.

Smith is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Smith stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Eubanks swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Eubanks is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Smith defends well.
Smith wants to pass the guard but Eubanks is keeping the position.

Eubanks working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Smith doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Smith manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Smith is looking to work some ground and pound but Eubanks has wrist control.

Eubanks escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Smith gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Smith lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Smith got a little sloppy there for a moment and Eubanks has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Smith has managed to get both his arms back between Eubanks's legs - danger averted.

Smith drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Smith jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Eubanks has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Smith doesn't defend quickly enough and Eubanks has managed to lock this one up! Can Smith escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Eubanks on a fantastic submission victory.
