Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vladimir Tretiak!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Thomas enables Tretiak to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Thomas manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Tretiak trying to control the position from guard on top but Thomas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Thomas looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Tretiak keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Thomas's head.
Tretiak wants to control from the top but Thomas keeps moving.
Tretiak thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Thomas is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tretiak is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Thomas is surviving well by controlling Tretiak's body position as best he can.
Tretiak cracks Thomas with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Tretiak jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Thomas manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Thomas can't do much from the bottom here.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Tretiak is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Thomas has escaped the position, nice work there.
Thomas is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Tretiak off and has taken his back!

Tretiak maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Thomas could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Tretiak has cracked it and Thomas is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Tretiak!
