Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caina shoots in but James avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Caina has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by James after a bit of a struggle.
Caina has James pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. James manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Butchng Caina. That's going to take a lot out of him.

James pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Caina misses with a takedown
and James counters with a low kick, right behind Caina 's knee.

James lands a big head kick that sends Caina tumbling to the mat! James takes a step backwards and waves Caina back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Butchng Caina has been cut.
Butchng Caina seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

James darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Caina is rocked!
Caina is breathing heavily.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
James passes to side control.
Oh Caina is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
James lands a strong strike to the head of Caina. That's dazed him! James looking to finish here. Caina is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - James lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
