Williams comes into the arena with Rocky Balboa blaring out of the sound system. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Williams as he avoids it easily.
Williams scores with a punch to the head.
Williams scores with a one two! Robinson had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Robinson is rocked!
Williams swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Robinson is still on wobbly legs! Can Williams finish him?
Robinson slips a jab and a cross from Williams.
Williams dances in with a quick combination. Robinson is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Williams snaps Robinson's head back. Robinson stumbles backwards against the cage. Williams steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Robinson's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Robinson just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Brian Williams!
A very excited looking Brian Williams made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
