Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Luis Castillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenichi Atoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenichi Atoshi!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Atoshi. Castillo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Castillo fails to land with a series of punches.
Atoshi walks into a straight right hand from Castillo.

Atoshi gets a clinch.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Castillo trying to land knees to the body.
Castillo is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Castillo seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Atoshi is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.
Atoshi jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Castillo walks away with a smile on his face. Atoshi gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Horrible takedown by Atoshi or perhaps it was just good defense by Castillo which made him look bad.
Atoshi misses with a series of wild punches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Atoshi swats away the attempt to clinch by Castillo.

Atoshi shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Castillo is working an open guard so Atoshi takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Oooooh!!! Castillo has knocked Atoshi down with a huge combo! Castillo steps away and waves a wobbly Atoshi back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Atoshi is rocked!

It looks like Kenichi Atoshi has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Atoshi get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Atoshi stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Castillo runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
