Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Bentham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Kersey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bentham comes to the cage accompanied by Jester. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jeremy Bentham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Kersey!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bentham is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Bentham fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kersey, pushing him back against the cage.

Kersey tries to score a body lock takedown but Bentham shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Kersey ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Kersey no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Kersey escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bentham gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kersey has his foot on Bentham's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bentham works his way back into a safe position though.

Kersey closes the distance and clinches up with Bentham, looking for a takedown. Kersey pushes Bentham against the cage but Bentham circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bentham fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kersey looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Kersey is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bentham defends well.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jeremy Bentham will probably get the nod.

Kersey shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kersey showed some decent athleticism there.
